Refund policy

At LUMINA, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lumina-organic.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lumina-organic.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@lumina-organic.com.
